The weather is warm here in my corner of the world, and summer is officially around the corner.

In just a week I will have both kids home most days of the week, and will be managing the juggling act of being mom, coach, boss, and business owner.

One thing I am really proud of is getting my systems together so I can work on the days my kids are in care… and mom the days they’re not.

I know it’s not always going to be perfect, but it is my commitment to try.

Some of the things I’ve done to ensure my summer goes smoothly include…

-       Hiring some incredible folks to support me in my business.

-       Streamlined my offers into open enrolment so I’m not actively launching anything!

-       Set up systems – hey ClickUp – to keep me on top of tasks

-       Batch worked my time

-       Limited my client calls to certain days of the week

-       Continued to prioritize my self care!!
