Under-rated Business Growth Hacks

Wanted to remind you of three under rated business growth hacks not enough people are focusing on.
Number one = being invested in your clients success.
I see SO many business coaches say they don't feel responsible for their clients results. I don't feel responsible for my clients decisions to take action or not take action but I DO feel a great sense of responsibility for how a person succeeds under my care.
You should too - whether you're a product based business, online service provider, or a coach of some kind. Deep motivation around whether your clients are successful or not matters - a lot.
Number two = being a good person.
Relationships matter, and people talk. I don't think this one needs much elaboration - but if you're not spending time doing the right thing in your business, you're already losing.
This doesn't mean sacrificing yourself and bending yourself in knots to please people -it just means doing the right thing, every single time.
Number three = caring.
We are all in the human relationships business. It's one thing to say you care, and another thing to actually care.
I finish every client call with "how do you feel?" and if the answer isn't a positive feeling, we stay on the call. It's only ever happened once - and the client was just in a state of overwhelm (it wasn't anything I said! haha).
I once had a client start with me and tell me her last business coach made her feel like shit. It would break my heart if any of my clients said that after time with me.
Remember - repeat and referral business is the easiest business you will ever get, and these three things are a big part of that puzzle.
