There was a season in my business when I wore all the hats.
Not because I wanted to… but because I thought I had to.
I didn’t know how to ask for help. I didn’t know what kind of help I even needed. And honestly? I thought needing support made me less capable.
But here’s the truth: doing it all doesn’t make you a better entrepreneur. It just makes you more exhausted.
Since then, I’ve learned that real leadership isn’t about doing it all—it’s about knowing what not to do. It’s about giving yourself the support you need to show up with energy, clarity, and confidence.
