Stop giving your power to strangers on the internet.

“I’m uncomfortable showing my face” and “What will people think” are two things, that if I had a dollar every time I had that, dinner would be on me.

Here’s the truth – no one likes to be judged, but you know what, people are going to do it anyway.

People will ALWAYS have opinions about what you’re doing, and you’re doing it.

When I ran my CrossFit gym, I spent 5 years listening to unsolicited opinions from my members about how I should run my business. Every. Single. Day.

 Someone told me what I was doing wrong, and how they would do it if they were in my shoes.

(Shout out to the member who sent me an email telling me I was a “f*cking idiot for closing down for 2 weeks in March 2020 out of an abundance of caution" ... and scene.)

That experience gave me some very thick skin.

…it also taught me that I’m not for everyone.

And I am 100% okay with that.

Like my membership, strangers on the internet have absolutely NO idea what it's like to be in my shoes.

To wear the struggles of the day to day.

To put yourself out there, over and over and over.

To put it all on the line.

So stop giving away your power to people who aren't in the arena with you.

They’re waiting outside and haven’t even bought tickets yet.

When you release that… it all changes.
