Sometimes, I want to quit too.

At my retreat last month, the subject of quitting came up...
One of the attendees talked about how she feels like a failure for regularly wanting to light her business on fire and quit.
I told her there are days I want to quit too...
... and every single woman in the room echo'd the same thing.
Entrepreneurship is hard.
It comes with the highest highs, and the lowest lows.
Some days, I think it would be a heck of a lot easier to quit.
But nearly 10 years in... I'm still here, and I'm not going anywhere.
Because entrepreneurship is the only choice for me... but it doesn't mean I always love it.
The reason I am sharing this with you at all, is the hards stuff needs to be normalized.
Social media is a highlight reel, and its easy to assume that everyone else has it all figured out while you're just drowning in the shallow end.
We all have days where we struggle. We all have days where things aren't fun. Where we want to quit.
As long as you don't actually do it, you're winning.
