When I pause to reflect on the year... it's kind of wild.
At the end of 2021 I had an IDEA of what this year would look like, but I couldn't have imagined THIS.
I hired my first three employees.
And then promptly fired two of them... (that's a story for a different day!)
But then found an incredible human to replace them.
I doubled my 2021 income.
I also made so many mistakes.
Had so much fun.
I wanted to quit.
Celebrated all the moments.
Because that's just it. It's a rollercoaster and always will be.
Learning to fall in love with the journey has been the greatest gift.
Regardless of what 2022 looked like in your business, I know 2023 is going to be incredible.
So consider this me rooting for you, oh so big.
