And while the new year just started, for me it really begins tomorrow.

 

I always feel most reflective on my birthday.

 

and usually its looking back...

 

...but this year, I'm looking forward.

 

My 25 year old self would have thought 36 was just plain... old.

 

But one of my business mentors turned 45 this year. A highly successful individual with enviable reach, influence, and impact. They started their business 10 years ago.

 

So honestly - my primary thought on this last day of 35 is "I can't wait to see where I'm at in 10 years."

 

I am so aware of the fact that I am just getting started.

 

I have achieved a fraction of what I am put on this earth to achieve.

 

I can't wait to look back in 10 years so proud of this version of myself who kept going despite the failures, heartbreaks, and painful lessons...

 

...and I'm so grateful to have you along for the ride.
