Is your business serving you?

Your business should serve you.

Not the other way around.

I used to let my business run my life. It was a constant stressor.

I quite literally twisted myself in knots to keep my business alive.

I missed time with my children.

Family events.

Weekends away with friends.

I didn’t go on vacation for four years.

I dropped everything in my life on multiple occasions because of last minute staffing changes, or whatever other “emergency” presented itself.

...and I was paying myself less than half of what I made in my corporate job.

I served my business.

...while SERVING is a big part of having clients, you also need boundaries.

You need systems in place that protect you, people you trust to outsource the tasks that make you want to pull out your hair.

You need to say no.

I’m in the process of hiring two new members of my team to manage my own boundaries.

It means I can scale faster, build more, and increase my impact… and that’s always the vibe.
