On this week's episode of This Mother Means Business I have the absolute pleasure of chatting with my friend and client Jillian Rothe of MAMMaway.

 

Jillian is an engineer, a mom of 3, and founder of MAMMaway and her product - the Freeze It Flat, which is honestly the most ingenious thing I've ever seen and wish I had met Jillian 6 months earlier while I was still nursing Myles so I could have actually used it.

 

Jillian holds a patent on her product - which, considering only 4% of patents in the USA are owned by women is incredibly badass, AND she also has a full-time day job.... needless to say, her plate is full.

 

In this episode we chat about how her business started (by accident), what she prioritizes, and how the heck she does it all with an overloaded plate.
