2023 is almost here...

 

...which honestly is kind of crazy to say, but it's true!

 

And while the topic of planning for 2023 has probably been all over your minds lately (if its not already done...) I want to challenge you to make a different kind of plan.

 

I want you to make a 2023 plan for your life. Specifically, how is your life going to be different in 2023.

 

 

Often, when business coaches talk about planning for a new year, they focus only on your business.

 

But you are a human being with complex beliefs, needs, and experiences - and let's be honest its not all about sales, marketing, offers, and profitability.

 

 

Do you need a cleaning company for your home? A nanny? A meal delivery service?

 

Do you need to hire a bookkeeper? A virtual assistant? Or a personal shopper?

 

I recently had this exact conversation with a client.

 

She works a full time job, has a business, and after cleaning her home, making meals at the end of the day, she starts to feel removed from the tasks in her business..

 

...aka. she doesn't want to do them.

 

So, we talked about eliminating the cooking and cleaning.

 

We figured for about $500 a month, she could have a cleaning company in her home bi-weekly and have 2-3 meals delivered to her home each week.

 

While spending an additional $500 monthly felt like a lot, knowing what she can do in her business with the extra time, energy, and desire... $500 is peanuts.

 

AND she will be better supported going into the year than ever before.

 

So, make a list of what you need for the year. Who do you need to support you? What would make your life feel simple?

 

Maybe the entire list isn't accessible just yet, but I highly encourage you to pick one and start there!
