Four things I do EVERYDAY in my multi-six figure business...

If you've been reading my emails you know that I am in Summer Mode. Aka, do the minimum to make the most mode... (which if I'm honest I may just roll into the rest of my life mode...)
BUT, there are four things I do every. single. day. in my business that are absolute non-negotiables, that don't really take all that much time but are highly profitable.
Wondering what they are? Thanks for asking, I'd love to tell you.
- Check in on my clients. Repeat and referral business is the EASIEST business you will ever get... take care of your people. Which leads me to number two...
- Refine my process and client experience. I am always taking messy action, which means when I do something for the first time it's a long way from perfect. SO, I am always refining my client experience and working to make things better for my people because well - see point 1.
- Build my community. I am always looking for ways to grow my community. That could be attending a networking call, inviting people to our community connection calls, posting content, asking for referrals - anything that is going to get more people into our world!
- Sell. This happens every, damn day. It should be your mindset too, because sales are the lifeblood of what you do. Examples could be talking about my offers in my stories, sending you an email, getting in front of groups in real life, launching a podcast episode, recording a new ad for a podcast episode (the list goes on!)
These things don't take me much time. Less than an hour a day to get through them all for the most part!!
