do you have an offer problem, or an audience problem?

I've been an entrepreneur for 10 years, and I've learned that when it comes to sales and marketing, the most common issues businesses face is either having an offer problem, or an audience problem...
 
...and by that I mean, you're either selling something that people don't actually want... OR, you just don't have enough eyeballs on your business - aka, not enough people know you exist.
 
9 times out of 10, its an audience problem.
 
Most people don't create a product or service without knowing whether people actually want it (and if you have done that, don't take this email personally...)
 
So, lets assume you have an audience problem... there are only three strategies for you to get more audience.
 
You either build it organically.
You borrow it from someone else.
Or you buy it.
 
All of these are viable options, but I recommend trying building and borrowing before you buy.
 
Let me give you some high level ideas of things you can do to build, borrow, and buy an audience.
 
Building - creating engaging content on social media
Borrowing - being a guest on someone elses podcast
Buying - running FB ads
