Bare @$$ Minimum Summer Starts NOW.

School is officially out for the summer here in Canada...
...which means I will have my big home more often than not. Sure, we've got some camps lined up but I'm used to her being in school 9-4 during the week and frankly have gotten really used to it.
The truth is, 2 years ago this would have really stressed me out. HOW AM I GOING TO DO EVERYTHING AND HAVE MY KID HOME?!
This year, I'm just not going to do everything.
I'm going to do less than ever before.
Enter - bare ass minimum summer.
Where we do the bare-freaking-minimum to make the most freaking money as possible in 8 weeks.
The plan?!
- Repurpose my highest performing content
- Outsource tasks I just don't need to be doing (social media engagement, I'm looking at you)
- Lean on my very capable team
- Leverage the foundations in my business I've worked so darn hard to build
- Trust that this is the energy that is actually going to propel my business to new heights.
I've spent the last 6 months simplifying the heck out of my business and setting me up for this.
I've gone from about 10 offers, to 5 (including the retreat, which I'm not sure even counts!).
I've batch recorded close to 50 guest episodes of This Mother Means Business
I've simplified some of my 1:1 coaching offerings to less calls per month.
So that instead of being tied to my phone or my desk, I'll be at the zoo, the cottage, in the backyard, and doing all kinds of other activities and enjoying my time with my kids.
Because at the end of the day, that's what matters most.
