6 Months Left to Go This Year...

I think most people overestimate what they can do in a year, and underestimate what they can do in 5.
It's VERY easy in business to get caught up in the now rather than looking at the long term - which can keep you stuck.
I've talked a lot about how I'm not too worried about today. I'm building a personal brand and that sh!t takes time.
I wanted to share with you a reflection I did recently that has helped me to keep my eyes forward on the next 6 months and beyond.
- What am I most proud of for the first 6 months of the year?
- What happened that I could not have anticipated (good or bad?)
- What did I achieve that I set out to?
- What was on my list of Q1/Q2 plans that I wasn't able to get to?
- What would make the next 6 months great?
- What does my big picture goal look like right now? How has it changed?
No matter if you're well beyond where you want to be in 2023, not quite there, or lightyears away from where you'd hoped - know that you are exactly where you need to be.
You are not behind, everything is unfolding as it should.
Good things come to those who do the scary things anyway, even when it feels like nothing is happening, or you're going backwards, or you're overcome with uncertainty.
